My vision started in 2011 when the mascara I was using was so old and dried out that I developed a stye in my eye.  I couldn't remember when I actually purchased the mascara and upon looking at all my Make-Up, I realized that Make-Up doesn't have an expiration date on it.  Yes, it has how many months it will last, but no actual date.  SO that is how Make-Up Minders was created.
